Terms and conditions
The full fee including VAT is payable reservation and must accompany the completed application form to reserve a place. Vat receipts will be available at the event or posted by 31 July 2007. Availability of places is not guaranteed and if no reservation can be accepted the payment will be refunded subject to any other conditions applying. Please advise on application if you have any special needs.
IPSO does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property of a delegate while in attendance at a course. IPSO shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Cancellation and refund requests will only be considered in extreme circumstances and subject to payment of administration fee (£29.38).
Whilst IPSO is owned and managed by a solicitor, you should be aware that, as customers of this separate business, you do not enjoy the statutory protections attaching to a client of a solicitor. The information contained in the course is offered in good faith but no reliance can be placed upon any information and advice in relation to any particular case where a delegate applies it in whole or in part. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.
